  • Ask questions in plain language. Check balances, pull transaction history, or review pending payment requests.
  • Combine Connectors. Connect all the platforms your nonprofit uses to Claude, and allow them to work off each other – like never before!
  • Handle routine admin faster. Freeze a lost card, invite a new member, or send collection reminders directly from a conversation with your assistant.

FAQs

What is the Crowded MCP connector?

It’s a connection that lets an AI platform — like Claude and ChatGPT — securely access parts of your Crowded account so it can answer questions and carry out routine tasks on your behalf, with your permission.

Crowded’s connectors have been built for Claude and ChatGPT. We may add more in the future, write us to let us know which you are waiting for!

You control which accounts, information and actions are accessible by Claude, and you approve any actions being taken on your behalf. Edit the permissions and access in under Connectors. The way the data is stored is in accordance with terms and conditions of Claude and your plan type.

The connector will not take any action in Crowded without your approval. Before Claude does any “write” actions – which is when actions are taken by Claude on your behalf in your Crowded account – it will ask for your permission and sign off.

Crowded does not charge for use of its connector! Claude paid plans are managed entirely by Claude and have no relation to Crowded.

Yes. When you set up the connection, you choose which chapter(s) it applies to. It won’t have access to chapters you don’t explicitly grant. You can reconnect the connector at any point to a different account or chapter.

Go to Settings → Connected Apps →“Crowded” – or however you named the connector → Disconnect. This immediately ends the connector’s ability to view or act on your account.

Revoking access stops future activity; it doesn’t undo actions already taken.
